Terms & Conditions of Service 2010-06-20

In this document the hosting service (Vault Hosting, Ltd.) will be referred to as "us", "we" or "our", and the customer will be referred to as "you" or "your".

By reading and accepting our Terms & Conditions of Service you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

1) Breach of Contract
--a) We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your service at any time should you breach these Terms & Conditions of Service.

2) Legal Disclaimer
--a) This document is a legal contract, and as such, may only be entered into by persons aged 18 or above. If we should find that you are in fact under the age of 18 we reserve the right to cancel your service and delete all files on your account without prior notification.

3) Our Promise
--a) We will endeavour to the best of our ability to provide a speedy solution to any support you may need during your time with us.
--b) We undertake that the person responding to your support request will have the technical knowledge to be able to help you.

4) Illegal or Offensive material
--a) Our hosting services will not be used for the hosting or distribution of copyright-infringing or any other illegal material. This includes, but is not limited to:-
----* the operation of torrent servers or trackers;
----* the operation of usenet servers;
----* the operation of unsecured proxy servers or bouncers;
----* child pornography
----* any software, script or code designed to cause annoyance to a visitor, or harm to data on a visitor's computer
--b) Any accounts found with such material mentioned above will be immediately terminated, and will be reported to the authorities if deemed necessary.

5) Fair Usage
--a) We operate a Fair Usage Policy (FUP). This can be found here. We reserve the right to change this Fair Usage Policy at any time, giving one calendar month's notice before doing so.

6) Liability Disclaimer
--a) Data held on our system will be backed up at least daily. Despite this, we will not be held liable for any loss or damage to data held on our systems in the events listed below
----i) loss of power due to:-
------* tripped circuits in the data center
------* accidental unplugging
------* maintenance (planned or unplanned) on electrical circuits outside of the data center
------* natural disaster
------* any man-made event that is outside of our control.
------* having to restart our servers due to software or hardware upgrades

7) Changes
--a) We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove items from this document, giving at least one calendar month's notice before doing so.
----* Upon such a change, if you no longer agree with the Terms & Conditions set out in this document you have the right to cancel your account with immediate effect.
